Community Cup - 14 June 2026

2026 was my 14th year of photographing the Community Cup and my last one. I am closing the chapters on some things I have been doing for a very long time to make space for other projects.

A lot of great memories, it has felt like a favourite day of the year with so many great bands and people I love. I also photographed 100’s of players and personalities in 2025 and 2026 to help create the Footy Cards which were designed by Kahlia Parker.

It was great to see Ambrose Kenny‑Smith playing with COFFIN in 2026 after seeing him back in 2013 at my first Cup at Elsternwick Park with King Gizzard (some pics here). A special shout out to the Real Hot B****es who make up the Megahertz Cheer Squad. Best of luck to the Rockdogs for 2027 and a third win in a row. Gallery here.
